Day 01: Arrival in Istanbul
Upon arrival at Atatürk International Airport, meet with your guide and drive to your hotel. Arrive hotel and afternoon orientation tour of hotel and the area. The rest of the day is at leisure.
Day 02: Istanbul / Full-Day Sightseeing Tour
Meet your tour guide at hotel for your full day sightseeing tour of Istanbul. Today our visits include St. Sophia, one of the greatest marvels of architecture, constructed as a basilica in the 6th century by Emperor Justinian. The Blue Mosque, facing Hagia Sophia, famous with its blue Iznik tiles and unique with 6 minarets. Hippodrome, the center of sportive (chariot races, athletics) events and political activities of the old city where held. Topkapi Palace, the Imperial residence of Ottoman Sultans. See the famous jewels of the treasury and a priceless collection of miniatures from medieval manuscripts. Grand Bazaar, most attractive shopping center and biggest “souk” in the world with nearly 4000 shops selling antiques, jewelry, gold, carpets, leatherwear and souvenirs. Overnight at your hotel in Istanbul.
Day 03: Istanbul / Full day Sightseeing tour
Today our visits include the Beylerbeyi Palace which is a palace situated just North of the Bosphorus Bridge. Designed in the baroque style by Sarkis Balyan. It was commisioned by Sultan Abdulaziz and built between 1861 and 1865 as a summer residence and a place to entertain visiting heads of state. Then the Chora Church, with its stunning mosaics is one of example though Istanbul has undergone major remodelling over the years, Suleymaniye Mosque, the mosque of suleyman the magnificent which was built between 1550 and 1557 by the famous architect Sinan. Now we will visit Camlica Hill. You will enjoy with an amazing view of Bosphorus. Camlica Hill is one of the highest peaks of Istanbul with 288 meters. You will have a chance to see Bosphorus, Peninsula, Galata, Beyoglu together. Overnight at your hotel in Istanbul.
Day 04: Istanbul / Izmir / Kuşadası
On our 4th day, we continue our Istanbul and Kusadasi City Tour with Kusadasi.
After breakfast pick up from your hotel and transfer to Ataturk Airport for your morning flight to Izmir. Perfect for first-time visitors, Izmir sightseeing starts with the wonders of theancient Agora, one of the best-preserved agoras in the world. It was once a bustling Roman bazaar, and today you can still see colonnades of Corinthian columns, vaulted chambers and a reconstructed arch. Then head to the Archaeology Museum, where you’ll see Greek and Roman artifacts and the head of a gigantic statue of Domitian that once stood at Ephesus. Continue to the clock tower located at the Konak Square, a symbol of Izmir. Decorated in Ottoman architecture, the tower features four fountains around the base in a circular pattern. Finally, some time to wander around the Alsancak district and Pasaport Quai, a historic and beautiful area on the waterfront. Drive to Kusadasi for overnight.
Day 05: Kusadası / Ephesus Tour
Today meet your tour guide at lobby and transfer for a full day tour of Ephesus sites. Visits include Ephesus ancient site, the House of Virgin Mary. Next,we will drive up into the mountains to the lovely little Turkish-Orthodox village of Sirince. Up here, far from the madding crowd, you can wander the narrow streets, where the women sell their handcrafts and oils. You can take a quiet drink in one of the small café’s and sample the local sweet fruity wine. Drive back to Kusadasi for overnight.
Day 06: Kuşadası / Izmir / Istanbul
After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Izmir Airport for your flight back to Istanbul. End of our Istanbul and Kusadasi City Package Tour.
